This is a great place for a relaxing time at the beach. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and the food is typical Thai with some western. Breakfast on the beach each morning was beautiful and the breakfast was good. If you want night life and excitement, this is not the place for you as it is a ways out of town, but if you want relaxing by the pool, on the beach in a clean reasonable hotel, this is a perfect place. Good Indian restaurant across the street as well!

The pool area at the main building ok. The beach very ok. Garden rooms not recommended, the are very very worn out moist and are placed on other side of road. The don t feel secure. The rooms in the main building dirty and worn out. Personal unpleasant. The personal miss some sense of service. The hotel needs a renovation of the rooms and a training of the personal in complaisance.

Hotel was so aцful that we have to cansell our reservation, to pay penalty and to leave it. It is noisy, nobody swim in the sea because it is dirty and muddy. there are a lot of stray dogs on the territory

Deluxe Room / balcony with sea view. Complete disillusion about the room, furniture [old & scratch] and bathroom with black stained ! Not very appetizing for the prize room. The reception was cold & aggressive ! I don t recommend the place.

It was a error on my bill [extra for WE not allowed] and I expect a return payment because it was not a WE. I pay too much for this type of hotel.

We have also been in this hotel last year and this year we came back again. We find the Beach Garden a very nice hotel. The breakfast is perfect, staff is friendly en the beach in front of the hotel is super. No other hotel at this beach has his own private sandy beach with chairs. We will certainly come back once more!

We have booked three hotels through sawadee.com for this holiday, because we stay 7 weeks in Thailand and as always the service is very quick and good! We are very satisfied with sawadee.

In the past 10 years we have 3 times been in this hotel. The hotel is ideally located directly on the beach and has a large pool. This year we have the hotel booked through the Internet and paying in advance, because the locations were well known to us. Upon arrival at the hotel we were told that the pool will be repaired at the time and only a small pool near the cottages available. Moreover, the guests were almost 16 hours daily happy noise. With great disappointment was the small 200 m distant pool used. An information by the agency or the management of the hotel there was not before the time of booking! Under such circumstances, this hotel, we will never accept, even if the pool until 15 August 09 is restored.

Nice hotel. Clean room and nice garden. The location near to the beach was ok. Breakfast ok but I missed bacon to my egg. The service was good and everything was satisfying - this includes room prices too. We will like to visit this hotel again! Knut and Moo.

Beach Garden is a nice hotel for anyone looking for a quiet comfortable holiday without 4 or 5 star luxury. The rooms are clean and reasonable in size but in my experience the matresses do need to be changed. The service is friendly and the buffet breakfast has nice variety. The hotel is located right on the beach so there is no road between the hotel pool and the sand which is great, especially if you have young children like me. The pool is very nice and there are plenty of sun lounges. The garden cottages are across a small road and are a little further from the beach. The rooms are generally older and the matresses here also need updating. I have stayed at the Beach Garden several times and find that it offeres a relaxing location and good value for money.

In terms of my experience at the Beach Garden Chaam Resort & Spa: Price - Very inexpensive comparatively! Location - Excellent - Beautiful beach! Rooms - In fairly clean, good shape Service - The one problem: Very friendly but not always reliable or fast Facilities - Wonderful pool and restaurant but needs a few more extras such as mats, chairs, umbrellas. Showers - Great! Food - Very good complimentary breakfast Overall - Well worth it.
